What You'll Do
- Provide strategic direction and leadership across all hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, Human Resources, and Engineering.
- Champion a culture centered on exceptional guest service, associate engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive topline revenue growth and profitability through commercial strategy, market awareness, and sound financial stewardship.
- Partner with ownership and Davidson Hospitality Group to execute business objectives, capital initiatives, and long-term strategic plans.
- Build, mentor, and develop an experienced leadership team while creating opportunities for associate growth and succession planning.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining brand standards, service quality, and guest satisfaction across every touchpoint.
- Cultivate strong relationships within the local community and position The Highland Dallas as a premier destination for guests, groups, and events.
- Analyze business trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and drive performance.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Five or more years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including experience as a General Manager within a lifestyle hotel.
- Demonstrated success leading complex hotel operations while consistently achieving financial and operational goals.
- Strong understanding of revenue optimization, budgeting, forecasting, and asset management.
- Experience partnering effectively with ownership groups and corporate leadership.
- Outstanding leadership, coaching, and team development skills with a commitment to building an engaging workplace culture.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with associates, guests, ownership, and business partners.
