Plans and directs the short- and long-range objectives/goals of the company to meet its financial and non-financial goals. Ensures synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives/goals. Attracts, trains, develops, and retains talent to ensure business needs are met. Drives and builds revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance. Communicates key information to respective stakeholders. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and policies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration.
- Proficiency in computer operations including word processing.
- Demonstrates community commitment.
- Ability to lead at all levels of management.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
