This role supports reliable forecasting, enhanced project tracking, and cross-functional visibility by auditing data, validating opportunities, monitoring pipeline health, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The CRM Analyst partners closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, IT, and other business units to identify data gaps, drive CRM discipline, improve reporting accuracy, and strengthen pipeline management processes across Salesforce and connected business systems.
