The Opportunity
We're building the future of healthcare and looking for dreamers, builders, and leaders who want to create the best hardware & digital technology experiences. Sleep apnea is just the start. We're building a connected health ecosystem at Resmed and we are looking for the futurists of consumer health to join us. It won’t be easy.
Millions of people engage with Resmed every day. Our opportunity is to deepen those relationships by creating more personalized, valuable digital experiences that improve health and drive growth. We’re looking for a Senior Global Product Marketing Manager, Consumer Digital (Growth) to help define how Resmed brings consumer digital products, features, and services to market and how we grow their value over time.
You’ll shape the product marketing strategy across the lifecycle: deeply understand consumers and markets, influence what we build, define positioning and value propositions, lead go-to-market, and drive lifetime value. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Growth, Research, Analytics, Commercial, and regional teams — connecting consumer needs, product strategy, market opportunity, and business impact. We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity, creates clarity quickly, and knows how to turn insight into action.
Responsibilities
Market, Consumer & Growth Strategy
- Develop deep expertise in consumer needs, behaviors, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape
- Identify opportunities to grow engagement, retention, and lifetime value across Resmed’s consumer digital portfolio
- Build value propositions and business cases grounded in consumer need, health outcomes, commercial potential, and feasibility
Positioning & Go-to-Market
- Define segmentation, targeting, positioning and narratives for consumer digital products, features, and services
- Lead global go-to-market strategy from early product development through launch, adoption, and optimization for LTV initiatives
- Develop strategies across pricing, placement, promotion and build scalable GTM playbooks that enable Marketing, Commercial, and regional teams to execute effectively
Lifecycle & Product Growth
- Develop strategies that grow product value beyond launch, from onboarding through long-term engagement
- Identify high-value moments where education, content, recommendations, or experiences can drive meaningful action
Experimentation, Measurement & Optimization
- Develop hypotheses, design and scale experiments that test new positioning, messages, offerings, and growth initiatives to optimize conversion, engagement, and LTV
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Bring clarity, urgency, and structure to complex cross-functional work
- Build visibility with senior stakeholders around priorities, progress, and outcomes
- Lead through influence and know when to challenge, align, and adapt
Let’s Talk About You
You are a product marketer at heart: deeply curious about consumers, markets, products, and what makes people choose, adopt, and continue using something.
You can move comfortably between consumer insight, product strategy, positioning, growth metrics, business models, creative thinking, and executive communication.
You thrive when the answer has not yet been defined. You form a point of view, test it, learn quickly, and move from strategy into execution.
We’re particularly interested in people with:
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally across consumer digital products, technology, eCommerce, or related categories
- Proven success driving engagement, retention, or lifetime value for health products
- Strong experience leading positioning, value proposition development, and go-to-market strategy
- Deep understanding of consumer journeys, lifecycle strategy, segmentation, personalization, and digital experience and conversion rate optimization
- Experience using market research, consumer insight, behavioral data, competitive intelligence, and experimentation to guide product and marketing decisions
- A track record of influencing teams, roadmaps, priorities upstream and downstream
- Strong commercial judgment and experience with business cases, pricing, placement, promotion, or new business models
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, global, matrixed organizations
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership, a bias toward action, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
Experience in healthcare, connected devices, consumer technology, subscriptions, platforms, or other recurring consumer businesses is valuable.

Document your degree field precisely
PERM requires your degree to align with the specific marketing or business discipline listed in the job description. A general management degree may not satisfy a role scoped to brand strategy or international market development, so gather transcripts that show your concentration clearly.
Target multinational firms with global scope
Global Marketing Manager roles at companies with established international operations are far more likely to have active EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship pipelines. Look for employers whose job postings reference cross-border campaigns, regional P&L ownership, or multi-market product launches.
Search open green card positions on Migrate Mate
Filter by job title and EB-2 or EB-3 category on Migrate Mate to find Global Marketing Manager openings where employers have already committed to sponsorship, saving you from negotiating that conversation from scratch.
Verify the prevailing wage before negotiating
Your employer must pay at least the DOL prevailing wage for the role's SOC code and location. Check the OFLC Wage Search using SOC code 11-2021 before your offer discussion so you know the minimum wage floor and can negotiate above it without jeopardizing PERM compliance.
Clarify whether your role qualifies for EB-2
EB-2 applies when the position genuinely requires an advanced degree or you can demonstrate equivalent professional achievement. If the job description says a bachelor's degree is sufficient, your employer may file under EB-3 instead, which changes your priority date timeline depending on your country of birth.
Start the PERM process before your work authorization expires
PERM labor certification alone can take six to twelve months, and USCIS I-140 adjudication adds more time on top. Raise the green card timeline with your employer at the offer stage, not after you've already started the role.
Green Card Global Marketing Manager: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Global Marketing Manager role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship?
Most Global Marketing Manager positions qualify for EB-3 sponsorship when the role requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. EB-2 applies if the position requires an advanced degree or your credentials demonstrate sustained professional achievement above the bachelor's level. Your employer's attorney determines the appropriate category based on the actual job requirements documented in the PERM filing.
How does PERM green card sponsorship differ from H-1B sponsorship for this role?
H-1B visa is a temporary work visa capped at 85,000 per year and subject to an annual lottery, while the EB-2 and EB-3 green card categories have no lottery and lead to permanent residency. PERM requires your employer to conduct a formal recruitment test proving no qualified U.S. workers are available, which adds several months before the I-140 petition is even filed. The total timeline is longer, but the outcome is a green card rather than a renewable nonimmigrant status.
What does my employer have to prove during PERM labor certification for a marketing management role?
The DOL requires your employer to run a prescribed recruitment campaign, including print ads, job postings, and internal notices, and document that no minimally qualified U.S. applicants were found. For a Global Marketing Manager role, the job requirements in the PERM application must match your actual credentials exactly. Adding requirements mid-process or overstating qualifications can trigger an audit, so align the job description carefully before filing.
Where can I find Global Marketing Manager jobs that already include green card sponsorship?
Migrate Mate lets you filter specifically for EB-2 and EB-3 sponsoring employers by job title, so you can identify Global Marketing Manager openings where the employer has already committed to the PERM process. That removes the need to negotiate sponsorship as a condition of an offer, which is one of the most common points where candidates lose roles they would otherwise be qualified for.
Does my country of birth affect my green card timeline as a Global Marketing Manager?
Yes. Priority dates for EB-2 and EB-3 are current for most countries, meaning there is no significant wait after I-140 approval. Nationals born in India and China face multi-year backlogs in both categories because demand from those countries exceeds the per-country annual limits. USCIS publishes a monthly Visa Bulletin showing current priority dates, and your place in line is set when your I-140 is approved, not when PERM is filed.
