The Qualifications We Need You to Possess
* Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
* At least 3 years of experience recruiting for Sales and Commercial roles in a medical device company.
* Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever), sourcing techniques, social media recruiting sites, and LinkedIn.
* Hands-on experience conducting and training hiring managers and interview panelists in various interview formats, including behavioral and cultural questions.
* We need an industry guru on all things happening in the med device sales space—knowing hiring trends, company histories, unique sourcing strategies, and the ability to speak the language of sales!

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role represents a base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. WORK ENVIRONMENT
