Senior Product Marketing Manager
Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid) or Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
About the Role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own the strategic product marketing strategy for a core area of our Risk Cloud® portfolio. Unlike execution-focused roles that operate within existing marketing frameworks, you will build strategy and messaging from the ground up—shaping our positioning, driving high-impact go-to-market (GTM) launches, and elevating how LogicGate wins against the competition. This high-visibility role bridges Product, Sales, and Marketing, serving as a key market strategist who translates customer intelligence and AI-driven product capabilities into business growth.
What You'll Do
- Define Strategic Positioning & Messaging: Develop and own messaging frameworks from the ground up for your product areas; validate positioning with customers, market research, and analyst feedback to ensure consistency across all external channels.
- Lead End-to-End GTM Strategy: Contribute to comprehensive GTM strategies for major product and feature launches, making high-level strategic decisions on timing, audience segmentation, channel mix, and narrative alignment while developing strategies for GTM "plays" that will drive sales for our products.
- Become a Product Expert: Develop deep technical expertise with our GRC applications and agents. You'll serve as a valued contributor in product planning, a product expert for the GTM organization, developing and delivering demos to diverse audiences.
- Own Competitive & Market Intelligence: Establish systematic competitive tracking (win/loss analysis, pricing intelligence, analyst evaluations); translate insights into high-impact battlecards and actionable GTM strategies that directly boost win rates.
- Drive Sales Enablement Effectiveness: Design enablement strategies and produce compelling, enterprise-ready GTM assets—including pitch decks, solution briefs, discovery frameworks, and demo guides—measuring impact through rep adoption, accelerated sales cycles, and win rate improvements.
- Champion Customer & Buyer Insights: Conduct direct buyer research, customer interviews, and advisory programs to uncover market pain points that inform both GTM strategy and Product roadmap direction.
- Elevate Analyst & Industry Positioning: Partner with Product and Marketing leadership on portfolio strategy; actively participate in analyst relations engagements (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave) to solidify LogicGate's market leadership.
- Leverage AI & Modern Tooling: Explore and integrate AI-powered workflows and intelligence tools to optimize competitive research, content creation, and buyer persona profiling.
What You Bring
Required
- 5–8 years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience, with proven ownership of strategic positioning and messaging frameworks for a dedicated product line or enterprise portfolio.
- Demonstrated Track Record: Proven history of creating GTM strategies and positioning that directly improved pipeline velocity, competitive win rates, and platform differentiation.
- Competitive Intelligence Depth: Experience building and running systematic competitive research and win/loss programs that influenced active deal strategies and company positioning.
- Sales Enablement Focus: Demonstrated ability to build sales tools (battlecards, pitch decks, buyer guides) that reps actually use and that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Executive Presence: Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to influence senior sales leaders, product executives, and external stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Hands-on experience conducting qualitative and quantitative customer research to validate positioning and value propositions.
- AI Literacy & Curiosity: Enthusiastic about leveraging emerging AI technologies to streamline marketing execution or experience articulating the value of AI-driven SaaS features to enterprise buyers.
Nice to Have
- Domain Expertise: Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, or regulatory compliance software.
- Analyst Relations Experience: Prior participation in analyst evaluations, briefings, or report submissions with firms like Gartner or Forrester.
- Mentorship Background: Experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior product marketers or cross-functional team members.
The anticipated base salary range for the role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Green Card Sponsorship as a Product Marketing Manager
Align your degree to the role description
PERM requires your education to match the job's stated requirements. A degree in marketing, communications, or business administration strengthens your EB-2 or EB-3 case. A degree in an unrelated field may require additional documentation to demonstrate equivalency.
Search employers with PERM filing history
Target companies that have filed PERM applications for marketing titles before. DOL discloses this data publicly, so you can verify an employer's green card sponsorship track record before investing time in their interview process.
Find sponsoring employers through Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Product Marketing Manager openings by employers with active green card sponsorship history. This cuts down the time you'd otherwise spend researching PERM disclosure data manually across DOL databases.
Ask about PERM timing before accepting an offer
PERM labor certification typically takes six to twelve months before your employer can file the I-140. Confirm whether your offer letter includes a green card sponsorship commitment and clarify which step the employer plans to start first.
Document your specialized marketing qualifications early
USCIS scrutinizes whether a Product Marketing Manager role qualifies as a specialty occupation. Gather evidence of advanced or specialized expertise, such as technical product knowledge, cross-functional leadership, or certifications that go beyond general marketing skills.
Understand how your nationality affects EB-3 wait times
Priority date backlogs vary significantly by country of birth. Nationals from India and China face longer EB-2 and EB-3 queues. Checking the monthly Visa Bulletin helps you plan how many years of continued employment your green card timeline may require.
Green Card Product Marketing Manager: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Product Marketing Manager role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship?
Product Marketing Manager positions typically qualify for EB-3 as skilled professional roles requiring a bachelor's degree, and for EB-2 when the employer's minimum requirement is an advanced degree or the candidate has equivalent specialized credentials. The job description must specifically require a degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, or a related discipline. Roles that accept any bachelor's degree regardless of field can complicate the EB-2 specialty occupation argument.
How does green card sponsorship differ from H-1B sponsorship for this role?
H-1B visa is a temporary work visa capped at 85,000 slots annually with a lottery, while EB-2 and EB-3 green card sponsorship leads to permanent residency with no annual lottery. The PERM process involves a DOL-supervised labor market test before the I-140 petition, which H-1B does not require. Green card timelines are longer overall, often two to five years or more depending on your country of birth, but the outcome is permanent status rather than a renewable temporary visa.
What does the PERM labor certification process involve for a marketing role?
Your employer must conduct a DOL-mandated recruitment process to demonstrate no qualified U.S. workers are available for the specific Product Marketing Manager position. This includes placing job ads, reviewing applications, and documenting results before filing the ETA-9089 form with DOL. The employer must pay you the prevailing wage determined by the OFLC Wage Search. PERM certification can take six to eighteen months depending on whether DOL selects the application for audit.
How can I find Product Marketing Manager jobs that include green card sponsorship?
Most job postings don't explicitly advertise green card sponsorship, so you need to research employer PERM filing history directly. Migrate Mate lets you search Product Marketing Manager roles filtered by employers with documented green card sponsorship activity, saving you the work of cross-referencing DOL disclosure data manually. Targeting companies that have filed PERM applications for similar marketing titles is a reliable signal that they're willing to sponsor.
Can I change employers after my PERM is filed but before I get my green card?
Portability rules under AC21 allow you to change to a same or similar role after your I-140 is approved and your I-485 adjustment of status application has been pending for at least 180 days. Product Marketing Manager to a similar marketing management role would generally qualify as same or similar under USCIS policy. However, changing employers before I-140 approval typically requires your new employer to restart the entire PERM process from the beginning.
