- Facilitate deal movement to closure by coordinating Microsoft ISD requirements, customer requests, New Era delivery scoping, pricing inputs, staffing needs, SOW/work order status, approvals, and executive escalations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for Microsoft ISD opportunities, including Microsoft seller relationship, customer profile, ISD source, opportunity stage, contract status, expected start date, forecast category, next step, and close plan.

- Ability to network effectively with Microsoft ISD Sales team members, understand their priorities, and position New Era services as a practical subcontracting solution within Microsoft-led customer engagements.
- Exceptional organizational skills and high energy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise messaging to Microsoft stakeholders, customer contacts, account managers, practice leaders, and sales executives.
- Must be able to ask probing questions, gather requirements, document deal context, identify blockers, and coordinate the appropriate New Era resources needed to help move each Microsoft ISD opportunity toward closure.
- Must be ambitious, persistent, and consistent.
- Must be goal oriented with an ability to focus and achieve that goal.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Green Card Sponsorship as an Inside Sales Manager
Document your degree's field alignment
PERM requires your degree to match the job's educational requirement. A business administration or marketing degree maps cleanly to Inside Sales Manager roles; a degree in an unrelated field may require a credential evaluation letter to satisfy DOL's job duties test.
Target employers with PERM filing history
Search OFLC Wage Search to confirm whether prospective employers have filed PERM applications for Inside Sales Manager roles before. Companies with recent filings already understand the process, which significantly reduces negotiation friction during offer discussions.
Understand the EB-2 versus EB-3 classification decision
If the job posting specifies a bachelor's degree and two years of experience, EB-3 is the standard path. EB-2 applies when the role genuinely requires an advanced degree; misclassifying upward can invite RFE scrutiny during the I-140 stage.
Clarify PERM timing before accepting an offer
PERM labor certification can take six to twelve months at DOL before your employer even files the I-140. Get written confirmation that your employer will start the PERM process within a defined timeframe after your start date, not at their discretion later.
Search for sponsoring employers on Migrate Mate
Filter Inside Sales Manager openings by green card sponsorship availability on Migrate Mate. The platform surfaces employers with active EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship history, so you're applying to roles where the process is already understood internally.
Use O*NET to strengthen your specialty occupation case
O*NET classifies Inside Sales Manager under Sales and Related occupations requiring a bachelor's degree. Pull the specific knowledge, skills, and work activities listed there and align your resume and PERM job description language to reinforce degree necessity.
Green Card Inside Sales Manager: Frequently Asked Questions
Does an Inside Sales Manager role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship?
Most Inside Sales Manager positions qualify under EB-3 when the employer requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with two or more years of relevant experience. EB-2 applies when the role legitimately requires an advanced degree or the candidate has a master's or higher. Your employer's PERM job description must reflect the actual minimum requirements for the position, not inflated credentials.
How does green card sponsorship differ from H-1B sponsorship for this role?
H-1B visa is a temporary, nonimmigrant status capped at 85,000 registrations annually with a lottery. Green card sponsorship through PERM, I-140, and adjustment of status is permanent and has no annual cap at the EB-3 preference level for most countries outside India and China. The trade-off is time: the PERM process typically adds six to eighteen months before USCIS adjudicates your I-140, but the outcome is lawful permanent residency, not a two- or three-year temporary authorization.
What does the PERM labor certification process involve for an Inside Sales Manager?
Your employer must conduct a supervised recruitment campaign proving no qualified U.S. workers are available for the role. This includes posting the job through specific channels, documenting all applicants, and filing an ETA Form 9089 with DOL. The job description must match what you'll actually do, and the offered wage must meet or exceed the prevailing wage determined through the OFLC Wage Search tool for Inside Sales Manager in your work location.
How do I find Inside Sales Manager jobs that include green card sponsorship?
Most standard job boards don't filter by sponsorship type or distinguish between H-1B and green card sponsors. Migrate Mate lets you search specifically for Inside Sales Manager roles where employers have an active EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship history, so you can focus your applications on companies that have already committed to the permanent residency process rather than guessing from job descriptions.
Can I change employers after my I-140 is approved but before I get my green card?
Yes. Under AC21 portability rules, you can change employers after your I-140 has been approved and your I-485 adjustment of status application has been pending for at least 180 days, as long as the new role is in the same or a similar occupational classification. Inside Sales Manager to a comparable sales leadership role at a new employer generally qualifies, but USCIS will review the similarity of duties if your priority date becomes current and you've already changed jobs.
