The US Digital Marketing and Martech Transformation team is on a mission to accelerate marketing performance through best-in-class strategy, execution, and innovation across digital channels. As part of the Digital Growth Marketing team, you will join a Center of Excellence for Paid Social, Display, and Paid Digital Creative. This is one of several cross-functional centers of excellence responsible for delivering profitable growth across the US Bank, servicing Deposits, Lending & Credit Cards, and Commercial Banking. Our COE of subject matter experts leads strategy and execution for Paid Social and Display, supported by our media agency of record. We also oversee Paid Digital Creative Strategy to turn platform and industry insights into performant ads alongside our creative agency. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams and agencies, actively problem solve, and adapt quickly to changing business demands.
A successful candidate in this role will have a proven track record of scaling quality conversion outcomes using Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns, with significant experience across Meta, LinkedIn, & Programmatic Performance Marketing.
You are comfortable executing hands-on-keyboard in Meta Ads, and up to date on the latest paid social best practices. You have optimized paid social and programmatic channels to improve ROI. You understand the role that creative effectiveness plays in digital marketing performance. You lead paid media experiments and build measurement plans to demonstrate business impact.
