Key Responsibilities:
- Capture & Pre-Proposal Support
- Support capture managers with opportunity tracking, milestone planning, and capture documentation
- Maintain capture calendars, win strategy artifacts, and gate review materials
- Assist with competitor research, customer intelligence tracking, and opportunity assessments
- Coordinate color team reviews and capture-related meetings
- Proposal Development Support
- Coordinate proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and deliverable trackers
- Manage proposal document version control and content integration
- Support RFP/RFQ/RFI analysis, requirements extraction, and compliance checks
- Track action items, risks, and dependencies throughout proposal execution
