- Build tooling, workflows, and automations that improve how UI and UX quality issues are detected, triaged, and prevented.
- Contribute, review, and ship production-ready code that is scalable, maintainable, performant, and testable.
- Improve the translation of design intent into high-quality implementation across shared components and product features.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Design Systems, Product, and Engineering to define and uphold quality standards.
- Help teams navigate tradeoffs between frontend quality, velocity, maintainability, and performance.
- Establish and promote best practices for iOS UI architecture, implementation, testing, and code review.
- Influence quality outcomes beyond direct code contributions by improving systems, standards, and developer workflows.

What you bring:
- 7-10 Years of experience; Expert-level experience developing native iOS interfaces in Swift.
- Strong experience with both UIKit and SwiftUI.
- Experience with the Texture UI framework is highly desired.

- Strong understanding of frontend engineering best practices, including architecture, code quality, testing, and long-term maintainability.
