This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Data Science Solutions Lead is responsible for programming processes for data setup and enabling advanced analytic capabilities.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop solutions and enable capabilities
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards
- Maintain technical development environments and implementation plans
- Assist in developing training documentation and advise on best coding practices
- Develop and perform unit testing
- Fix defects and re-execute tests to validate results
- Gather requirements to guide solution approach
- Provide status updates and communicate risks to management
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in a related occupation
Experience Requirements:
- Five (5) years of experience in:
- Object-oriented programming using Java or Python
- Big data and Hadoop technologies
- SQL with traditional data warehouse technologies
- Relational databases
- Working with at least one job scheduler (e.g., Oozie or Airflow)
- Developing microservices-based APIs using Kubernetes or Docker
- Working with real-time architecture solutions using Kafka
