Warehouse Supervisor Green Card Jobs
Warehouse Supervisor roles qualify for EB-3 skilled worker sponsorship when employers file a PERM labor certification confirming no qualified U.S. workers are available. Some candidates with advanced logistics credentials may qualify under EB-2. Sponsorship leads to a permanent green card, not a temporary work visa.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Green Card Sponsorship in Warehouse Supervisor
Translate your credentials into PERM language
PERM requires your employer to define the minimum education and experience for your role. Collect official transcripts, translated diplomas, and letters from past employers that document your supervisory duties and years of experience before any offer is made.
Target distribution-heavy employers with PERM history
Large third-party logistics providers and fulfillment operations file PERM petitions far more often than small warehouses. Filter your job search to employers whose workforce size and multisite operations make repeated green card sponsorship a standard part of hiring.
Search sponsoring employers through Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to identify warehouse and logistics employers with active green card sponsorship history. Filtering by role and sponsorship track lets you apply directly to operations that already understand the PERM process for supervisory positions.
Clarify the job duties DOL will scrutinize
DOL audits PERM applications closely when a Warehouse Supervisor role includes duties spread across multiple occupational codes. Make sure your job offer letter separates supervisory responsibilities from hands-on labor so the prevailing wage and job description align cleanly.
Check your prevailing wage tier before accepting an offer
Your employer must pay at least the DOL prevailing wage for your region and experience level. Use the OFLC Wage Search to confirm which wage level your offer falls under before signing, since underpaying triggers PERM denial regardless of employer intent.
Understand priority dates if you're from a backlogged country
EB-3 has no annual cap per se, but applicants from India and China face priority date backlogs that can extend timelines by years. File I-140 as early as possible to lock in your priority date, which determines your place in the green card queue.

Find Warehouse Supervisor JobsWarehouse Supervisor Green Card Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Warehouse Supervisor role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship?
Most Warehouse Supervisor positions qualify under EB-3 as skilled worker roles, since they typically require at least two years of training or experience rather than an advanced degree. EB-2 sponsorship is possible if the specific role requires a master's degree in logistics or operations management and the employer can document that requirement as genuinely necessary for the position.
How is PERM green card sponsorship different from H-1B sponsorship for this role?
H-1B sponsorship is temporary and tied to an annual lottery cap, which creates uncertainty each year. PERM-based green card sponsorship has no lottery, and EB-3 has no annual numerical cap that affects most nationalities. The process takes longer, typically two to four years or more, but the outcome is permanent residency rather than a renewable temporary status that can expire.
Which employers are most likely to sponsor a Warehouse Supervisor for a green card?
Third-party logistics companies, large e-commerce fulfillment operators, and cold-chain distribution networks are the most consistent green card sponsors for supervisory warehouse roles. These employers have dedicated HR and legal teams familiar with PERM filings. Use Migrate Mate to search specifically for warehouse and logistics employers with documented green card sponsorship activity rather than applying broadly.
What happens to my green card sponsorship if I change employers during the process?
If you change employers before your I-140 is approved, your PERM labor certification is tied to the original employer and does not transfer. Once your I-140 has been approved for 180 days or more and you are in adjustment of status, you may be able to port to a similar role under AC21 portability rules without restarting the entire process.
What documents should I prepare before approaching a Warehouse Supervisor employer about green card sponsorship?
Gather official transcripts or diplomas, employment verification letters that specify your supervisory duties and years of experience, and any professional certifications in logistics, inventory management, or occupational safety. The O*NET occupation profile for Warehouse Supervisors outlines the standard tasks and skills DOL expects to see reflected in your PERM job description, so aligning your documentation to that profile strengthens the employer's filing.
