What you’ll do
- Build and maintain deep operational partnerships by managing merchant setup, documentation, and complex administrative unblocking at scale.
- Navigate internal Uber systems and cross-functional teams to resolve technical blockers, ensuring merchant onboarding is seamless and efficient.
- Own the data integrity for our largest accounts by managing contracts, records, and reporting with absolute accuracy.
- Analyze account performance data to generate actionable insights, helping Account Managers and Client Partners make high-impact, data-driven decisions.
- Lead the coordination of internal processes to bridge the digital and real worlds, ensuring our platform works perfectly for every merchant every day.
- Communicate with resilience and clarity across sales, operations, and external stakeholders to resolve tension and move the business forward.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B operations, Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
- Experience collaborating across internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in SQL with the ability to adjust and refine queries to pull specific datasets.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $81,000 per year - USD $90,000 per year.
For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $90,000 per year - USD $100,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
