As part of the Prime Video Advertising team, you'll get to work on high-impact sponsorship programs that are fast-paced, creatively ambitious, and constantly evolving. You'll build new sponsorship products from the ground up, manage complex cross-functional partnerships, and drive significant revenue by connecting advertisers with Prime Video's content slate. We'll look for you to bring your strategic thinking, operational rigor, and partnership instincts to make Prime Video Advertising's sponsorship business best-in-class for advertisers and viewers alike. With global opportunities across content, advertising, and technology, you can decide where a career with Prime Video takes you.
Prime Video Advertising is looking for a Senior Brand Partnerships Lead, Multi-Title to own the strategy, development, and go-to-market execution of multi-title sponsorship products. This role is responsible for building and scaling sponsorship packages — including genre-based, seasonal, and event-driven formats — that connect advertisers with curated collections of Prime Video content.
This role sits at the intersection of ad sales and content marketing. You will work closely with Prime Video Marketing, Amazon MGM Studios, and Amazon Ads sales teams to (i) identify multi-title sponsorship opportunities aligned with Prime Video's content and marketing calendar, (ii) strategically package offerings that meet advertiser demand across programming, product, and pricing, (iii) define and manage the cross-functional operating model for sponsorship asset development and campaign execution, and (iv) ensure successful delivery against revenue targets and advertiser expectations.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end strategy for multi-title sponsorship products, developing the annual roadmap by identifying genre and seasonal opportunities that align advertiser demand with Prime Video's content slate
- Own revenue forecasting and planning for multi-title sponsorship products, reporting actuals vs. plan targets and proactively identifying risks with clear mitigation plans
- Develop sponsorship packages with partner teams across content, marketing, creative, and sales — including title selection, creative frameworks, pricing structures, and go-to-market positioning
- Manage the lifecycle of complex multi-title sponsorship deals from concept through execution, coordinating across content selection, asset production, and campaign delivery
- Serve as the primary cross-functional point of contact for multi-title sponsorship execution across marketing, studio, creative, and sales teams
- Align planning timelines across partner teams to ensure sponsorship packages are market-ready and sellable within required lead times
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities across partner teams for asset creation, sponsor integration, and custom content development
- Create scalable, long-term mechanisms for sponsorship operations — including standard operating procedures, workback schedules, and intake workflows — that drive efficiency across the organization
- Partner with sales teams to ensure multi-title products are properly trained, positioned, and supported for client-facing conversations; manage pre-sales materials and post-sale execution tracking
- Advocate multi-title sponsorship strategy and revenue opportunity to senior leadership, preparing materials for leadership reviews and authoring strategic documents
- Mentor and develop team members and cross-functional partners on sponsorship products and processes

Verify your role meets specialty occupation
Brand Partnerships Manager must require a specific bachelor's degree field, not just any degree, to pass USCIS specialty occupation review. Pull the O*NET profile for this title and confirm the listed education requirements match your credentials before applying.
Target employers with LCA filing history
Search DOL's OFLC Wage Search for Labor Condition Applications filed under job titles like 'Brand Partnerships Manager' or 'Partnerships Manager.' Employers with recent LCA history have already cleared DOL's process and are more likely to sponsor again.
Use Migrate Mate to filter sponsoring employers
Search Brand Partnerships Manager roles on Migrate Mate to see which employers have active H-1B filing history for this title. That filters out companies that will decline before you invest time in their interview process.
Address cap timing in your offer negotiation
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed in April for an October 1 start date. If you receive an offer outside that window, negotiate a start date that aligns with the next fiscal year filing period so your employer doesn't miss the registration deadline.
Document partnership revenue impact for your petition
USCIS adjudicators sometimes question whether Partnerships Manager roles require specialized knowledge. Prepare a detailed job description linking your degree field to specific duties like contract structuring, brand strategy analysis, and co-marketing ROI measurement.
Confirm your employer is E-Verify enrolled
H-1B employers must be enrolled in E-Verify or complete I-9 verification. Ask your recruiter early, especially at smaller agencies or startups where partnerships roles are common but immigration infrastructure may be limited.
H-1B Visa Brand Partnerships Manager: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Brand Partnerships Manager role qualify as an H-1B specialty occupation?
Yes, if the position requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as marketing, communications, or business administration. Generic roles where any degree qualifies may face USCIS scrutiny. Your employer's job description should tie specific duties like brand strategy, contract negotiation, and performance analysis to your degree discipline to strengthen the petition.
Which industries most commonly sponsor H-1B visas for Brand Partnerships Manager roles?
Tech platforms, streaming services, consumer packaged goods companies, and digital media agencies file the highest volume of H-1B petitions for partnerships-related roles. These employers typically have in-house immigration counsel and established LCA filing workflows. You can browse current openings filtered by sponsorship history on Migrate Mate.
How does the H-1B lottery affect my job search timeline as a Partnerships Manager?
Cap-subject H-1B registrations open each March for an April lottery, with approved petitions starting October 1. If you're on OPT and your work authorization expires before October, confirm your employer will file for a cap-gap extension to bridge the gap. Structure your job search to have an offer accepted by February at the latest.
Can my employer file my H-1B petition for a remote Brand Partnerships Manager role?
Yes, but your employer must file a separate Labor Condition Application for each worksite location where you'll regularly work, including your home address if you're remote. DOL requires the LCA to cover actual work locations, not just the employer's headquarters, so confirm your HR team accounts for your home state in the filing.
What documentation should I gather before my employer files my H-1B petition?
You'll need official transcripts showing your degree field, your passport, any prior visa documentation, and a detailed offer letter specifying your job title and duties. If your degree is from outside the U.S., obtain a credential evaluation from a NACES-member organization. USCIS may issue a Request for Evidence if the degree-to-role connection isn't explicit in your transcripts.
