Lead a large staff of data engineers, data developers, data integration engineers, and quality assurance specialists. Oversee all development of major components and data modules in the creation of end-to-end data initiatives with efficient and scalable data pipelines. Lead integration with enterprise software solutions. Collaborate with creative and Marketing Intelligence disciplines as well as work directly with I.T. infrastructure department and be the face of Data technology to agency clients.
Primary Objective:
Direct and architect the strategy and development of Marketing Platforms for OEM clients and drive the digital experiences to achieve their stated production or marketing objective. Set and maintain high technical expectations within department and project expectation to the rest of the company and clients. Building the model to provide marketing services to 400 dealerships successfully using Artificial Intelligence to drive the business.

- Manage production of data products, campaign infrastructure, attribution, customer data, platform development workflow implementation and modernization simultaneously.
- Experience linking Tier 1, Tier 3 and Third-party data sources.
- Oversee and manage on – and – off-shore teams, i.e. IT/DevOps/Cloud Engineering and overarching data technology.

- Minimum five years experience in managing engineering and development teams both on and off-shore.
