ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Recommend Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance solutions based on customer needs
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and community engagement
- Conduct outbound calls, schedule appointments, and maintain consistent follow-up activities
- Manage a pipeline of leads and monitor key performance metrics
- Utilize proven sales processes, communication strategies, and customer engagement techniques
- Collaborate with leadership on business growth initiatives and customer retention efforts
- Participate in ongoing training focused on sales execution, communication, and professional development
- Support a positive, accountable, and results-oriented team culture
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, athletics, military service, or leadership roles is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
