Your Competitive Edge
- Base Compensation $65,000 - $130,000, depending on experience, per the Jet Access Flight Crew Compensation Plan, paid bi-weekly.
- Variable compensation based on aircraft assignment and experience.

Working alongside Captains and the broader flight operations team, the First Officer upholds the highest standards of airmanship while delivering the client experience that defines the Jet Access brand. Flight Operations and Safety Excellence
- Conduct aircraft operations and all related assignments in accordance with the Flight Operations Manual and applicable company policies
- Ensure compliance with flight and duty-time limitations and rest period requirements per established regulations and company policy
- Maintain proficiency and currency as a required crewmember on all assigned aircraft types
- Lead pre-flight planning, weather analysis, NOTAMs review, and all flight preparation activities in coordination with the assigned Captain
- Assist the Captain with all flight-related duties, crew resource management responsibilities, and emergency procedures
Client Service and Relationship Excellence
- Foster and maintain outstanding client relationships through attentive, friendly, and professional response to all travel needs
- Deliver passenger service that consistently exceeds expectations and reinforces the Jet Access standard of excellence
- Coordinate with the flight operations team to ensure seamless, disruption-free travel experiences for all passengers
