As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a central role in designing and delivering enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions that enhance customer and dealer experiences. This role goes beyond solution design, you will own architecture from concept through delivery, partnering closely with product owners, business leaders, delivery teams, and third‑party vendors. You will operate at both the strategic and execution levels, translating business vision into scalable Salesforce architectures while remaining sufficiently hands‑on to guide implementation decisions. Leading through influence rather than authority, you will help teams deliver secure, high‑quality, and sustainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards and long‑term platform strategy.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Solution & Technical Architecture
- Design and document scalable, secure, and reusable Salesforce architectures aligned with client enterprise standards.
- Lead solution and technical design for Salesforce portals, APIs, integrations, and supporting services.
- Define and document integration frameworks connecting Salesforce with internal systems, SaaS platforms, and third‑party solutions.
- Evaluate solution alternatives and technical risks, ensuring alignment with business goals, product roadmaps, and long‑term experience strategies.
