Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute the communications strategy for fashion partnerships, including announcement timing, creative activations, and ongoing media moments
- Serve as the primary comms point of contact for external partners, ensuring alignment on press plans, outlet selection, and messaging
- Partner with the business team to ensure the comms narrative ladders back to the creative vision and that media-facing moments are consistent with objectives
- Own media strategy and outreach: identify priority outlets, secure exclusives, manage embargoes, and oversee broad press distribution
- Draft and manage all comms materials for proactive and reactive media engagement — press messaging, talking points, Q&A documents, briefing books, and executive prep
- Prepare and brief Amazon executives and external partners ahead of press interviews, ensuring both are aligned on key messages
