The User Growth team focuses on driving new user acquisition programs through various performance marketing channels and strategies. The USDS UG team simultaneously focuses on growth strategies within our US market and helps improve global teams. In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple growth channels with a considerable budget and explore different resources to optimize performance.
- Define strategies to support various business goals including but not limited to retargeting, retention optimization, etc.
- Accurate analysis, forecasting and reporting. Bring insights to the business and form methodologies at a large scope.
- Enthusiastic at tackling complex situations, providing solutions and building strategies from 0 to 1.
- Build strategies with cross-functional colleagues to serve key objectives. Be a reliable source to XFN partners for product improvements. Develop marketing strategies with a ROI & efficiency conscious mindset.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 2+ years of professional experience in a user growth role involving media buying, performance ads strategy, etc
- Proficiency with performance ads on top SRNs and network medias. In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital platforms.
- Experience with managing large budgets efficiently
- Experience using data to conceptualize and execute paid growth targeting strategies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Good at interpretation, quick at reaction and careful with execution
- Good teamwork spirit, strong management ability, clear logic, priority awareness, passion and sense of responsibility

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96,000 - $151,112 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
