H-1B1 Singapore Visa Warehouse Jobs
Warehouse roles in logistics, distribution, and supply chain operations can qualify for H-1B1 Singapore visa sponsorship when the position requires a specialty occupation degree. Singapore nationals bypass the H-1B lottery entirely, with a 5,400-visa annual cap that goes unfilled each year and consulate-based processing that skips USCIS petition filing.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Warehouse Jobs
Verify your role meets specialty occupation criteria
Warehouse management, supply chain analytics, and logistics engineering roles can qualify, but general warehouse labor doesn't. Confirm your position requires at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field by checking the O*NET occupation profile for your job title before applying.
Research employer E-Verify enrollment before applying
H-1B1 visa employers must be E-Verify participants. Filter your job search to companies already enrolled, since employers unfamiliar with the program often confuse H-1B1 with H-1B and assume a lottery is involved, creating unnecessary delays at the offer stage.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified H-1B1 sponsors
Search Migrate Mate to surface warehouse and logistics employers who have active H-1B1 or H-1B filing history. DOL Labor Condition Application data on the platform shows which companies have actually sponsored roles at your occupation level, not just which ones claim to.
Request a prevailing wage check before negotiating salary
Your employer must pay the DOL prevailing wage for your role and location. Run the OFLC Wage Search using your specific job title and county before salary discussions so you can confirm any offer meets the legal threshold without awkward back-and-forth after the LCA is filed.
Prepare your credential documents for consulate submission
Unlike H-1B, the H-1B1 goes directly to the U.S. consulate in Singapore. Have your degree transcripts, professional certifications, and a detailed employment letter describing specialty occupation duties ready before your employer finalizes the LCA, since consular officers review them directly.
Clarify the LCA timeline with your employer early
The DOL typically certifies an LCA within seven working days, but employers unfamiliar with H-1B1 often underestimate the lead time. Confirm your employer knows the LCA must be certified before your DS-160 appointment, and build at least two weeks of buffer into your start date.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do warehouse roles qualify for H-1B1 Singapore visa sponsorship?
Warehouse roles qualify only when the position is classified as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field. Supply chain management, logistics engineering, and warehouse operations analyst roles typically meet this standard. General warehouse associate or picker-packer positions do not qualify, since those roles don't require a specific degree field.
How is the H-1B1 Singapore visa different from H-1B for warehouse and logistics jobs?
The H-1B1 skips the H-1B lottery entirely, so Singaporean nationals can apply for qualifying warehouse and logistics roles without competing against the annual 85,000-slot cap draw. Processing goes directly through the U.S. consulate in Singapore rather than USCIS, and the 5,400-visa annual allocation for Singapore nationals has never been exhausted, making approval timelines significantly more predictable.
Which employers sponsor H-1B1 visas for warehouse and logistics roles?
Employers in third-party logistics, distribution center operations, supply chain technology, and e-commerce fulfillment are the most active sponsors for specialty occupation warehouse roles. The employer must be enrolled in E-Verify and willing to file a Labor Condition Application with DOL. Migrate Mate surfaces employers with verified H-1B1 and H-1B LCA filing history in logistics and supply chain occupations.
Can my employer file the H-1B1 without using an immigration attorney?
Yes. The H-1B1 application package goes to the U.S. consulate, not USCIS, and doesn't require a USCIS petition. The employer handles the DOL LCA filing and supporting documentation. Many employers managing straightforward cases work with a flat-fee filing service rather than a full-service immigration firm, which reduces cost and processing time without sacrificing accuracy.
What happens to my H-1B1 status if my warehouse employer terminates my role?
H-1B1 status is tied directly to your sponsoring employer, so termination ends your authorized work status. Unlike H-1B, the H-1B1 doesn't carry a statutory 60-day grace period under USCIS regulations, though consular officers evaluate each situation individually. Securing a new employer and a fresh LCA as quickly as possible is the most reliable path to maintaining lawful status.
