- Process and enter accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
- Create purchase orders in Aspire and QuickBooks
- Audit vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Manage and monitor the AP inbox
- Obtain approvals for non-PO invoices
- Reconcile online payments and daily retail accounting
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed
- Support month-end close activities
- Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure timely invoice processing
- Prepare cash-on-delivery freight payments
