We are seeking a Hospitalist for (per diem position) at our Needham location who is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care and who enjoys working as part of a collaborative and patient-centered team. The ideal candidate will hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine. Candidates must possess, or be eligible to obtain, a Massachusetts medical license, along with valid DEA and MCSR registrations. Beyond the clinical qualifications, we are looking for an individual who values teamwork, communicates effectively with colleagues across disciplines, and is committed to fostering a positive and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
