Overview

As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll help build a consistent, people-focused HR experience across a growing, multi-location infusion healthcare organization.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist who enjoys hands-on HR administration, employee support, compliance tracking, recruitment coordination/support, and improving processes.

Occasional company-paid business travel required, particularly during onboarding and process implementation. This position has the potential to be a remote position. Remote work requires a private, organized, and secure workspace due to the handling of confidential information.

Pay range dependent upon experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate talent acquisition, HR sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and employee orientation.
• Manage new-hire onboarding and administrative offboarding; maintaining complete, confidential personnel files.
• Help create standardized HR workflows, checklists and reporting across locations.
• Support employees with routine benefits, PTO policy and Paycor HR system questions.
• Track healthcare licenses, certifications, required training and upcoming expirations.
• Provide practical HR policy and documentation guidance to managers, escalating complex issues appropriately.
• Coordinate new-hire technology and equipment needs with IT and local office teams.
• Support and advise managers with employee evaluation, performance and talent management, succession planning, training and development, change management, and project management.
• Advise on employee relations, conflict management, employment and labor law, regulatory compliance, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, and affirmative action planning; contribute to strategic planning and organization design.
• Maintain human capital management and human resources information systems (HRIS), including technically supported HR systems; collect data and prepare Excel analyses using Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in human resources or an HR department, with knowledge of human resources management, employment law in talent management, and HR legal compliance as well as, practical HR experience that includes onboarding, personnel administration, HR systems and recruiting coordination (such as job postings and interview scheduling).
• Healthcare, multi-state HR and professional experience preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.
• Experience with HRIS software; Paycor experience is a plus.
• Strong organization, discretion, follow-through and communication skills.
• Experience with data entry, data collection, with strong administrative skills; able to manage sensitive information accurately.
• Confidence supporting managers while recognizing when specialized HR or legal guidance is needed.
• Familiarity with benefits administration, payroll, workforce management, and applicable leave and workplace safety requirements.
• Must be able to use all aspects of Microsoft Office proficiently.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
