Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is completed in accordance with federal, state and local legislation and Company policy.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job postings, identify ideal candidate profiles and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods (outreach, social media, networking events, referrals, etc.) to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, oversee preparation of interview questions and selection materials and perform candidate screenings to ensure qualified candidates are presented to hiring managers.
- Manage the overall interview, selection and hiring process including extending offers, negotiating salary and guiding candidates through the process until the start of onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and human resources staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details.
- Create and maintain a database of potential candidates and maintain relationships with current and past candidates to ensure a pool of qualified candidates are available.
- Identify opportunities for BBNC shareholder hire and collaborate to facilitate the shareholder hire process.
- Manage external recruitment agencies to include negotiation of terms and candidate placement and serve as the main point of contact with all agencies.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reporting to stakeholders to optimize the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience preferred supporting a high volume of positions across multiple locations and skill sets.
- Ideally this position may perform some HR functions in addition to Recruitment. HR experience outside of recruitment (HR Generalist) a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships with stakeholders at all levels and locations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to make timely independent decisions.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems and Microsoft office suite.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods and employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient use of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other products.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Recruitment experience as a Government Contractor a plus.
- Current knowledge of recruiting trends and best practices.
