Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work effectively in a team environment and make sound decisions as required.
- Read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Interface with customers at job sites and provide excellent customer service.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures using root cause analysis and recommend solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- Take ownership of corrective actions and follow through to resolution.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new technologies practices and industry standards.
- Maintain a working telephone and be available to respond to call-ins.
General Requirements:
- Maintain a safe work environment and demonstrate strong safety awareness at all times.
- HVAC two-year degree or 5+ years of field experience preferably in a service department.
- EPA Certification.
- IGSPA Certification.
- Defensive driving course preferred.
- Must complete and pass required field driving certification.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel to job sites.
- Must have basic hand tools.
