Position: Implementation Project Lead

Salary: $45K-$55K

Job Summary: Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new school and municipal clients, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring a successful launch on the Facilitron platform. This role involves managing up to 12 concurrent client projects, coordinating with internal teams, and leading both remote and in-person client training sessions. The ideal candidate is an incredibly organized and self-motivated leader with exceptional communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Client Relationship Management:
• Oversee all aspects of the client implementation lifecycle from kickoff to launch.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all timelines and deadlines are met.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing clear communication throughout the implementation process.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track.
• On-site & Remote Training:
• Lead client training and kickoff meetings both remotely and in person, requiring 20-30% travel.
• Educate and guide clients on best practices for using the Facilitron platform.
• Build rapport and trust with key stakeholders, including school administrators and facility managers.
• Team Leadership & Quality Control:
• Manage and coordinate the work of the hourly as-needed implementation team.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all data migration, mapping, and configuration tasks are completed with exceptional accuracy.
• Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.
• Data Migration & Configuration Oversight:
• Review and approve data entry and mapping tasks completed by the team.
• Ensure complex data, schedules, and rate tables are accurately reflected on the platform.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 Years of experience in a Project Management, Client-Facing, or Leadership Role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferably in Business or Communications)
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel 20-30% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with public school operations or educational facilities.
• Experience using ticketing, Jira, or CRM systems.
