TurnPoint Technology is seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and improve IT infrastructure for business clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, networking, and infrastructure management.
In this role, you will work with technical teams and clients to maintain reliable IT systems, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, strengthen security, and implement technology solutions that support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Azure environments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and Group Policies.
- Maintain network infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Support virtualization platforms and cloud-based systems.
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Apply security updates, patches, and infrastructure improvements.
- Document system configurations and technical procedures.
- Provide advanced technical support to clients and internal teams.
