Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
The Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) and Talent Management (TM) Administration serves as the primary point of accountability for the management of targeted small to medium size projects and programs that support the achievement of our talent goals. You will serve as a liaison between TA and TM and support functions and provide high level analytical analysis/recommendations.
What Will You Do?
- Work with the Talent Acquisition (TA) and Talent Management (TM) stakeholders to provide support for technology enhancements, project management, vendor management and analytics.
- Support the prioritization of initiatives, manage timelines, and influence business partners to meet deadlines and advance critical projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR Operations, HR Technology, HR communications, Legal, Employee Relations and Procurement. Ensure Recruiting and Talent Management programs and processes are communicated in a strategic, efficient, and effective manner.
- Define key Talent Acquisition and Talent Management operational metrics and monitor trends.
- Participate in the roll out of new functionality in Workday and other HR Technologies including development of requirements and user acceptance testing. Provide support for recruiters and Talent Management Practice Leads on the usage of these tools including the development of training as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 - 7 years of related work experience including project management experience.
- Experience developing requirements and completing user acceptance testing a plus as is training experience.
- Solid understanding of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management technologies and other HRIS tools.
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytic and communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team as well as to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through to ensure timely completion.
What is a Must Have?
- High School degree.
- Five years of work experience in a related role.
