Responsibilities:
Own the design, philosophy, and continual evolution of the enterprise learning and enablement architecture—including learning/enablement philosophies, operating models, methodologies, and standards.
Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to the CEO and Executive TEAm to design, implement, and evolve transformative learning programs, policies, and workforce initiatives.
Lead the creation, acceleration, and optimization of talent growth systems—including Growth Pathway Frameworks, Leadership Development Ecosystems, career architecture, capability building, and targeted learning interventions.
Guide Milo’s workforce to enable data-based decision making, inform workforce planning, Attract, Grow, and Retain talent, standardize benchmarking organizationally, and to achieve scale.
Own the multi year learning roadmap that aligns with corporate strategy, growth objectives, and capability requirements.
Serve as senior level advisor on enablement strategies that support major business initiatives, transformation projects, and strategic planning.
Partner with cross functional leaders to identify capability gaps and build targeted enablement solutions that accelerate productivity and drive operational excellence.
Oversee development of blended learning and enablement assets—including digital learning, workflow learning, job aids, and experiential learning—to support rapid skill acquisition. Build a unified enablement framework that supports onboarding, role specific skill development, and ongoing performance readiness across all functions.
Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of Learning programs and use data to drive continuous improvement.
Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to the Learning team, ensuring high performance and strategic alignment.
Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
This position has food Safety Responsibilities. Other responsibilities, as necessary.
Supervisory: This role has supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; Masters preferred. At least six years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field; five years of leadership experience. Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
