We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Family Law Associate Attorney to join our legal team. Responsibilities

- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and court depositions.
- Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, developing litigation strategies, and participating in trial preparation activities.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients to keep them informed about case developments and legal options.
- Represent clients confidently in court proceedings, including hearings and mediations, demonstrating strong legal advocacy skills.
- Maintain detailed case management records using legal case management systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Experience
- Proven experience in family law practice with a strong understanding of procedural law and statutory regulations.
- Familiarity with legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis is essential.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
