Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LPC, LMSW, Psychologist)
Wildflower Mental Health Therapy is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and fully licensed mental health clinician to provide outpatient psychotherapy services in a supportive private practice setting. We are committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel safe, valued, and empowered to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual psychotherapy services to children (optonal), adolescents, and/or adults.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing requirements and professional codes of conduct.
- Collaborate with parents, schools, physicians, psychiatrists, and other professionals as clinically appropriate.
- Maintain an active caseload and manage scheduling effectively.
Qualifications:
- Fully licensed in Michigan as an LPC, LMSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Eligible to practice independently and maintain professional liability insurance.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered, and culturally responsive care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred but not required.
- Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, behavioral concerns, relationship issues, or life transitions.
- Training in play therapy (optional), CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or other evidence-based treatment modalities.
