Skin Health Medi-Spa is looking for a talented, professional, and guest-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about massage therapy, wellness, and creating an exceptional experience for every guest. Our Massage Therapists work in a professional, team-oriented spa environment and have the opportunity to provide a variety of massage and body treatments while continuing to expand their skills and service knowledge.

What You'll Do

As a Massage Therapist at Skin Health Medi-Spa, you will:

• Provide professional, high-quality massage and body treatments according to spa protocols and accepted industry practices.
• Deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience from the beginning to the end of each appointment.
• Consult with guests regarding their individual needs, wellness goals, and areas of concern.
• Educate guests on appropriate services, treatments, products, and home-care recommendations when applicable.
• Maintain knowledge of the spa's massage services, body treatments, products, packages, promotions, and programs.
• Perform services within the scheduled appointment time while maintaining a high standard of care.
• Prepare, clean, sanitize, and restock treatment rooms between appointments.
• Maintain appropriate sanitation, sterilization, and safety standards in accordance with state requirements and spa policies.
• Properly care for massage equipment, supplies, linens, and professional products.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance or operational concerns to management.
• Assist with maintaining appropriate inventory levels for professional and retail products.
• Professionally address guest questions or concerns and communicate issues requiring management attention.
• Participate in staff meetings, education, and training opportunities.
• Support other areas of spa operations when needed.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional team environment.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• A current New Hampshire Massage Therapist license in good standing.
• Personal professional liability insurance, with the ability to add Skin Health as an additional insured as required.
• Knowledge of multiple massage modalities and techniques.
• A willingness to learn and train in Skin Health Medi-Spa's specific massage and body treatment offerings.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills.
• A professional, reliable, and positive demeanor.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn spa scheduling and point-of-sale systems.
• The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Flexibility to support the scheduling needs of the spa.
• A genuine enthusiasm for wellness, massage therapy, and helping guests look and feel their best.
