Location: Network Support Team (NST) positions are primarily in person, with team members expected to work on-site 80% of the week at the NST office or one of our Rocky Mountain Prep campuses, based on the needs of their role and the organization. Team members may work remotely up to 20% of the week. This structure keeps our NST team closely connected to the staff, students, families, and communities we serve while allowing for limited flexibility to work remotely.

About the Role

The Manager of NST Logistics is a member of the Strategy Team and is responsible for the reliable day-to-day operation of RMP's Network Support Team (NST) office. This role owns the office’s operations, facilities, procurement, routine vendor coordination, access, and the systems that keep the central office organized and dependable. The Manager of NST Logistics serves as the first-line owner for routine office and vendor needs, builds clear self-service processes and SOPs, and provides dedicated logistical support to the Strategy Team led events. The Manager of NST Logistics upholds RMP's PEAK values and uses the RMP Concept Essence as a through line and north star for service, execution, and continuous improvement.

NST Office Operations

• Own the day-to-day readiness and functioning of RMP's Network Support Team office, serving as the primary point of contact for routine office logistics and ensuring needs are anticipated, tracked, and resolved reliably.
• Oversee mail and packages, office supplies, printing and copying, signage, shared-space readiness, and general office organization.

Office Readiness, Facilities & Access

• Coordinate facilities requests, repairs, maintenance, upgrades, building-management communication, safety, security, and access; support NST new starters with workspace readiness, access, badging, and orientation to office systems.
• Provide basic operational and technology support for meeting rooms and shared spaces, including setup for small-group PDs and NST meetings, while maintaining clear processes and service expectations for office, facilities, technology, and access requests.

Vendors, Procurement & Operational Systems

• Own first-line routine vendor and purchasing coordination, including quotes, approved orders, scheduling, fulfillment, purchase and delivery tracking, vendor records, and routine issue resolution; directly manage Amazon, Staples, and Bevi ordering, supplies, service, deliveries, and maintenance.
• Maintain procurement and purchasing processes with Finance and other organizational owners, including approval thresholds and escalation paths, and create self-service guidance that makes recurring operational work consistent and less dependent on individual knowledge or senior-leader intervention.

Strategy Team Support & Operational Problem-Solving

• Coordinate and anticipate logistics for Strategy Team meetings, retreats, offsites, planning sessions, and team gatherings, including space, food, supplies, materials, technology, transportation, and vendor coordination, ensuring convenings are organized and executed smoothly.
• Triage operational issues, independently resolve routine needs, monitor recurring service issues, improve systems, vendor performance, and the NST office experience, and escalate higher-risk, strategic, financial, or policy matters to the appropriate owner.

Cross-Functional Service & Accountability

• Provide reliable operational support to Strategy Team and NST teams, setting clear expectations for support, lead times, and self-service responsibilities while upholding RMP's PEAK values and the 5 Cs through responsive, consistent, high-quality service and execution.
• Use sound judgment to distinguish routine operational work from requests requiring strategic vendor ownership, Finance, or senior-leader decision-making, and perform other duties aligned to NST logistics and Strategy Team operations as assigned.

Role Boundaries

• Network-wide event planning, professional development logistics, event project management, and event programming are not part of this role.
• Strategic, high-risk, politically sensitive, or director-level vendor decisions remain with the appropriate senior owner; this role owns the routine operating layer and first-line follow-through.
• This role does not independently create financial, purchasing, or procurement policy and works within established Finance and organizational requirements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, office management, facilities, procurement, vendor coordination, or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple moving pieces and deadlines reliably.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a service-oriented approach to working across teams and with external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, build repeatable systems, and follow work through to completion.
• Strong judgment about when to resolve an issue independently and when to escalate higher-risk, strategic, financial, or policy questions.

Salary

• The salary range for Manager positions is $65,000 to $95,000, with placement within the range based on experience.
• Performance Bonus: In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to earn an annual performance bonus of up to 10% of annual base salary, based on achievement of Rocky Mountain Prep’s established network-wide organizational goals.
