WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
Primary Functions:

Lead your team and act as a role model for the site with safety as a core value and ensure site compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Partner cross-functionally with EHS, Quality, Production, and Engineering to improve uptime and run performance. Own the Saint Gobain Reliability Pillar, department KPIs, and budget. Manage all maintenance personnel including but not limited to Supervisors, Planners, Storeroom, and Reliability Engineering.

Manage maintenance programs to optimize production efficiency and control repair and maintenance costs. (AM/PM, MRO, and Training)

Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and support lifecycle management of assets. (Lead structured RCA and ensure corrective actions are sustained)

Support capital planning and equipment strategy.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other STEM field with relevant experience.
-
Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience, preferably in a continuous processing, PSM environment.

Maintenance management experience with strong hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical knowledge. Direct experience with hot oil systems, asphalt processing, or bulk material handling preferred.

Experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment.
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-
Proven experience improving equipment reliability (MTTR, TMTBF, PM/PdM performance).
-
Strong CMMS discipline (SAP preferred) with focus on sustaining fundamentals to ensure CMMS utilization.

Experience in a union manufacturing environment.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $92,000.00 to $142,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $103,040.00 to $159,040.00. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
