Are you deeply immersed in the world of billing and reimbursement? Do you have your finger on the pulse of emerging trends in healthcare revenue cycle management? If so, we want to meet you!
Our Egg Harbor City NJ location is seeking a forward-thinking Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead and optimize our billing operations. This role will be developing and implementing efficient systems that maximize both revenue and operational efficiency. You'll work in a modern office with a supportive team who are dedicated to excellence and growth.
Candidates with behavioral health experience and knowledge of out-of-network billing are preferred.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the billing department to ensure accurate, timely claims submission to commercial carriers and intermediaries, in line with facility, state, federal, and payer guidelines.
- Serve as a key liaison between Billing, Collections, and Senior Management.
- Analyze and implement process improvements that enhance reimbursement for services rendered.
- Ensure payer compliance and uphold internal and external billing policies and standards.
- Oversee all client billing and collections operations.
- Set up new client pay agreements within the billing system.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in billing, receipt posting, and account resolution (healthcare
setting preferred)
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of reimbursement trends and regulatory guidelines
