Shift: Back Half, Day Shift 2 - 4 x10 hrs Wed-Sat, 0700-1800.

We’re looking for a passionate and curious Manufacturing Associate I to join our team. If you’re excited by new challenges, solving complex problems, and learning every step of the way, you might just be the perfect fit. As a Manufacturing Associate I at Just Evotec Biologics, you'll have the freedom to ask the hard questions, think outside the box, and find creative solutions that push us forward. It’s a role where your curiosity will fuel both your personal growth and the success of the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform and monitor critical processes (i.e., SUB batch, inoculations, perfusion, and harvest operations)

• Supporting the introduction of new products and technologies into the facility

• Initiating non-conformances (NC)

• Execution of Electronic Batch Records (EBR) using Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

• Draft and revise Manufacturing Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures, as necessary

• Support operations of glasswasher and autoclave

• Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering; or

• Associate’s degree in science-related area and relevant experience; or

• High school diploma or GED and 5 or more years of relevant experience.

• Candidate must possess strong focus on right the first time and attention to detail

• Possess effective task/time management organizational skills

• Capacity to develop solutions to technical issues of moderate scope

• Ability to organize, analyze/interpret, and effectively communicate individual results

• Motivated, self-starter with strong mechanical aptitude

• Good interpersonal, team, and communication skills are a must amd excellent oral and written communication skills

The base pay range for this non-exempt position at commencement of employment is expected to be $22.00 to $32.00/hour. Base salary offered may vary depending on individual's skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits. Just Evotec operates 24 hrs. a day using day shift, swing shift, and night shift on the front half and back half of the week. There are openings on all shifts. Applicants may not be offered the shift of their exact preference.
