As an owner-operator, we take pride in being directly involved in the day-to-day operations of our communities. This hands-on approach allows for clear communication, efficient decision-making, and a strong sense of accountability, so your work is seen, valued, and supported.
This position plays a key role in maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of the community. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, works well independently, and brings experience across multiple maintenance and construction trades.
Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 annually, based on experience
Employment Type: Full-time
On-Call: Weekend rotation shared with other maintenance technicians
What You’ll Do
- Inspect the property daily to ensure common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Manage landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Maintain exterior building components, including roofs, siding, and gutters
- Complete service requests and assist with apartment turns efficiently and professionally
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across a variety of trades
- Troubleshoot issues, prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Use tools and equipment safely and responsibly
- Perform physical tasks requiring strength, balance, and agility, including lifting up to 80–100 lbs

- 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
- Broad knowledge of multiple trades; general construction experience strongly valued
- Experience with plumbing, light electrical, drywall repair, demolition, and interior maintenance is a plus

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems effectively
