We are a small firm with a hybrid work environment looking for self-motivated individuals who can work well as a team and independently. We have been serving the greater Seattle area for over 30 years and take pride in providing quality service to our clients. We believe in attention to detail and have gained a reputation for clear and easy to understand drawings. Our mission is to provide practical and simple solutions for users and owners of mechanical systems with results that deliver effective performance and real value.
Salary and Responsibilities will depend on level of experience.
Requirements
- BSME from an ABET accredited engineering program
- EIT certificate
- PE license preferred
- 5-10 years experience in the HVAC & Plumbing design industry
- Knowledge of local Washington and City of Seattle codes
- Proficiency using AutoCAD, BlueBeam Revu and Microsoft Office software
- Experience in Revit is a plus
- Solid communication skills required
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to think outside the box and use creativity to come up with practical solutions
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Self-motivated to learn new skills and advance in the profession
