Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager collaborates cross functionally with sales, marketing, real estate, research and creative to support the growth of new and existing business to maximize revenue. Create custom solutions and presentations to build brands and help our customers reach their goals. Demonstrate leadership and fluency in media strategy, research, insights, the Clear Channel Outdoor (CCO) product portfolio and the outdoor media industry. Support the education and awareness of these priorities to both customers and internal sales teams within the region.
Job Responsibilities:

Align strategies and priorities with Regional Marketing Leader and Regional Sales Leader to support prospecting, outreach, customer needs assessments and the development of story driven presentations that create and drive revenue.
- Deliver actionable insights and opportunities proactively to Account Executives that reflect our understanding of clients’ business needs and the solutions CCO can provide to drive customer success.

Develop vertical opportunities and prospects based upon industry research, media spend and market relevance.

Ensure Sales Leaders and Account Executives understand the value of CCO’s RADAR Data Suite of Solutions, as well as key data platforms (Geopath, Kantar, ZoomInfo, Winmo, Scarborough, etc.)

Develop key insights using these data platforms that can be used by Sales Leadership to identify, pursue, grow, and retain key regional and/or local customers.

- Guide Account Executives to move faster and more efficiently by using self-serve in-house marketing platforms (marketing resource library & gallery of images)

Partner with the region’s Sales Leadership and Account Executives to prepare ideas and strategies for customer presentations.
- Regular participations and ability to present in customer meetings with Account Executives to help reinforce CCO’s RADAR Data Suite and positioning research and insights.
- Partner with Real Estate and Public Affairs to develop marketing materials and go-to-market strategy to support newly built or converted inventory.
- Coach and manage the photography team; including managing the process to efficiently deliver on the photo proof-of-performance needs of our national, regional, import and local customers.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
Job Qualifications:
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent field preferred; or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience.
Work Experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Advertising or Media. Digital media, ad sales marketing and leadership experience a plus.
Skills
- Well-versed in Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), creative design applications (i.e., Photoshop, Canva, InDesign) and social media platforms.
- Fluency with calculating common media math deliverables (i.e., GRP, reach & frequency) experience preferred.

- Agility: Thriving in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environments by anticipating and responding to changes with swift, focused, and flexible actions.

Other Requirements
- Able to travel outside of the office 50% of the time for periodic corporate meetings and industry events.
Min: $72,000
Max: $95,000
Bonus eligible, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

Ultimate compensation will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, skills, scope and responsibility of the position, as well as pursuant to salary market benchmarks. This salary range is a good-faith estimate of the salary for this position.
