We need someone who loves the thrill of building referral networks, earning trust in the field, creating opportunities where others see obstacles, and helping families find solutions during some of the most important decisions of their lives.
Every occupied apartment represents more than a sale. It represents a family finding peace of mind, a resident finding safety and support, and a team member having the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

Growth Manager Jobs in Minnesota: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a growth manager in Minnesota?
Growth manager roles in Minnesota require no state-issued license or board registration. Most employers look for a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field, combined with direct experience running growth experiments or managing acquisition channels. Minnesota's dense concentration of tech-forward retail, health technology, and financial services companies means candidates with a background in product analytics or lifecycle marketing move through hiring processes fastest. Building a portfolio of measurable growth outcomes is the clearest path.
Which companies hire growth managers in Minnesota?
Minnesota growth manager roles are posted by LGC, Thrivent, and WorldVia and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Minnesota's mix of Fortune 500 headquarters, health technology firms, and a growing SaaS ecosystem means openings appear across a wide range of industries and company sizes.
Which Minnesota cities have the most growth manager jobs?
Alexandria, Minneapolis, and Minnesota consistently post the most growth manager openings in Minnesota. Minneapolis drives the largest share because it houses the headquarters and major offices of the state's biggest retail, financial services, and health technology employers, while Saint Paul and Bloomington contribute through corporate campuses and regional business centers tied to those same industries.
Are there remote growth manager jobs in Minnesota?
Yes, and more than most fields. Growth manager work is largely analytical and collaborative rather than on-site, making it well suited to remote and hybrid arrangements. About 83% of growth manager openings tied to Minnesota are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how broadly Minnesota employers have adopted flexible models for this role. Channel strategy, experimentation, and performance reporting are the functions most commonly handled fully remote.
How can I get hired as a growth manager in Minnesota with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving laterally from a marketing coordinator, product analyst, or business analyst role at a Minnesota employer and pitching growth responsibilities directly. Large Minnesota companies like Target and UnitedHealth Group run rotational marketing and analytics programs that place early-career candidates into growth-adjacent work. Building hands-on experience through side projects, freelance conversion work, or contributions to a startup's growth experiments, then presenting results with clear metrics, consistently gives Minnesota candidates an edge over credentials alone.
Where can I find and apply to growth manager jobs in Minnesota?
You can find and apply to growth manager jobs in Minnesota on Migrate Mate, which lists current Minnesota openings across industries and experience levels. Search the listings to find roles that match your background and apply directly to the ones that fit.
