Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support ArchWell Health’s digital marketing operations, marketing technology platforms, and campaign execution. This role is responsible for helping manage digital marketing systems and assets, supporting website content and data processes, maintaining data quality across connected platforms, and contributing to reporting and quality assurance efforts that improve marketing performance. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with marketing team members, internal technology partners, website stakeholders, and external partners to ensure digital campaigns, lead and member engagement initiatives, and operational processes are executed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly organized digital marketer with strong technical aptitude, experience working with digital marketing tools, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Support marketing technology administration and data management, maintaining data quality and ensuring accurate information across marketing systems and digital platforms.
Build, maintain, and update digital marketing assets such as users, emails, workflows, forms, landing pages, automations, lists, and campaign materials.
Partner with internal teams to monitor system integrations, troubleshoot data issues, improve data quality, and support accurate lead, prospect, and member records.
Support marketing campaign execution by managing audience segmentation, contact data, reporting, and platform administration while providing operational support across member acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
Coordinate website content management and data integrations, ensuring information is accurate and synchronized across connected systems.
Perform quality assurance (QA) testing for website updates and user experiences to identify and resolve issues before launch.
Assist with digital reporting by monitoring engagement metrics and providing insights to support marketing and activity decisions.
Support search and digital performance reporting by monitoring search visibility, site performance insights, competitive trends, and recommendations to improve discoverability.
Support ongoing optimization of digital content and structured information to improve discoverability across search engines, AI-powered results, and emerging digital channels.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Understanding of digital marketing and marketing technology best practices, including website content management, email marketing, marketing automation, campaign operations, data quality, and performance reporting.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation or email marketing platforms, including forms, workflows, lists, campaigns, landing pages, and contact management.
Familiarity with CRM systems and an understanding of how marketing, sales, lead, prospect, or member data flows between platforms.
Working knowledge of website content management systems, digital QA processes, search optimization tools, and analytics or reporting platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance, identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, agency partners, and cross-functional teams.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or a related field or equivalent experience.
0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations and administration, marketing automation, CRM support, website content management, or a related field.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, website content management systems, analytics tools, search optimization platforms, database tools, or comparable digital marketing technology.
