Texas also has a large network of community colleges and universities that offer digital marketing and copywriting certificates that can supplement a degree.
How much do marketing writers make in Texas?
Marketing writers in Texas earn a median of about $69,990 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $49,070 for the lowest 10% to over $125,240 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
