In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and PLC-based system support to keep advanced material handling and automation systems running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automated systems
- Work on conveyors, motors, sensors, PLCs, and control systems
- Troubleshoot electrical systems (3-phase, 480V), VFDs, and mechanical equipment
- Support operations by minimizing downtime in a fast-paced distribution center
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Use CMMS systems to track maintenance activities
Qualifications:
- 1–2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or Electro-Mechanical Technician
- Strong skills in:
- Electrical troubleshooting (480V, 3-phase, controls)
- Mechanical systems (motors, gearboxes, conveyors)
- PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center environment preferred
- Basic computer skills (CMMS, Microsoft Office)
Physical Requirements:
- Walk, stand, climb, and kneel throughout shift
- Work at heights up to 80–100 feet (with PPE)
- Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
