Nadora Healthcare is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide PRN coverage at our growing primary care clinic in Greeley, Colorado. This position is primarily intended to provide Friday coverage, with the potential for additional shifts as patient volume and clinic needs evolve.
The ideal candidate is a confident, independent provider who enjoys practicing comprehensive primary care, building patient relationships, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Conduct annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine physical examinations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate follow-up care.
- Order and interpret laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and other appropriate studies.
- Provide preventive care, patient education, and chronic disease management.
- Perform minor office-based procedures within training and scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and specialists to ensure continuity of care.
- Coordinate referrals and additional services when clinically indicated.
Qualifications
- Active Colorado licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- National certification as an FNP or PA.
- Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
- Prior experience in primary care, family medicine, or a similar outpatient setting preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage patients efficiently.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently within applicable Colorado scope-of-practice requirements.
