Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Jobs in Utah

LÉVO is seeking a full-time Clinical Director to lead our Draper location. We are looking for a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is passionate about exceptional patient care, clinical excellence, leadership development, and building healthy culture.

This is a unique dual-role opportunity that combines outpatient psychiatric medication management with meaningful leadership responsibility. The Clinical Director serves as both a practicing provider and a key leader responsible for helping develop people, strengthen culture, support providers, and advance LÉVO’s whole human care philosophy.

Primary ResponsibilitiesClinical Care

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic mental health conditions
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
• Prescribe medications and treatments as clinically appropriate
• Coordinate care with collaborating physicians, specialists, and referral sources
• Facilitate referrals to outside healthcare professionals and medical facilities when needed

Leadership & Culture

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the Draper location
• Help implement and uphold LÉVO’s care philosophy, standards, and culture
• Support, mentor, and collaborate with fellow providers and clinical staff
• Assist in provider recruitment, onboarding, training, and development
• Partner with executive leadership to support operational initiatives and clinic growth
• Foster an environment centered on Connection, Communication, Culture, and Confidence
• Contribute to a high-performing, people-focused team environment

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Master’s or Doctorate degree (MSN or DNP)
• Active Utah APRN License
• Active DEA License
• Minimum of 4 years of psychiatric treatment experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated leadership capability and emotional intelligence
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced outpatient environment
