The Role

As our new PMHNP, you’ll be a key part of our clinical team, focusing on what you do best: providing high-quality psychiatric evaluations, thoughtful medication management, and individual therapy. This isn't just about managing charts; it's about connecting with patients across the lifespan and helping them thrive. You'll bring your clinical expertise to the table, collaborate with our amazing team of therapists, and play a meaningful role in shaping our clinical approach.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Connecting with Patients: Conducting comprehensive evaluations and managing medications to help our patients feel their best.
• Providing Support: Offering individual therapy and guidance that makes a real impact.
• Teamwork: Working side-by-side with therapists and social workers to craft creative, effective treatment plans.
• Educating: Helping patients feel empowered by teaching them about their diagnoses and treatment strategies.
• Growing: Staying on top of best practices, joining in on team discussions, and contributing fresh ideas to help our practice continue to evolve.
• Details: Keeping our clinical records accurate and up-to-date (we provide the support to make this easy!).

What You Bring to the Table

• An active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Utah.
• A Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing with a psychiatric focus.
• A current DEA license (or eligibility).
• Experience in outpatient psychiatry—your unique background is an asset!
• A knack for diagnostic, therapeutic, and clinical decision-making.
• An awesome, patient-centered personality that puts people at ease.

Pay: $149,000.00 - $172,000.00 per year
