What You’ll Do
As an Evening Receptionist, you will help keep our clinic running smoothly and provide a welcoming experience for clients and families.
Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting clients and families
- Answering and routing telephone calls
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Assisting clients with basic paperwork
- Communicating with therapists and clinic staff
- Maintaining an organized reception area
- Reviewing files and records for completeness
- Assisting with routine administrative and clerical tasks
