Overview
As Practice Manager for our boutique clinical mental health counseling practice, you’ll keep daily operations organized, responsive, and aligned with client care needs. You’ll coordinate administrative workflows, support clinicians and staff, and help maintain a welcoming, confidential environment.
Your impact: By strengthening scheduling, records, and operational processes, you help patients access care smoothly while enabling clinicians to focus on counseling.

Duties
- Oversee office management, patient management, and customer service, including scheduling, intake, and follow-up.
- Manage medical records and electronic health records (EHR) systems; maintain accurate documentation and protect confidentiality under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
- Lead healthcare staff management, supervising, team coordination, managerial communication, and human resources processes.
- Handle fiscal and financial management, billing coordination, and invoicing
- Improve practice management workflows and coordinate administrative support for clinicians and patients.
- Maintain referral partnerships through events, lunch-and-learn opportunities and marketing
Requirements
- Experience in practic management, clinic operations, office management, or office management; supervising experience and managing teams are valuable.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, HIPAA, is helpful
- Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
- Background in office management or practice management is preferred.
