Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based therapy tailored to the developmental needs of children, teens, young adults, and families.
• Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with Missouri guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure: Clinical License in Missouri (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Experience working with children, teens, or young adults (1+ year preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with CBT, DBT, play therapy, trauma‑informed approaches, or similar modalities (preferred but not required)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
